Sarap to the bones “Delicious to the bones!”

Before I tell you my experiences here in Max’s, let me introduce to you first this restaurant.

 

Max’s Restaurant’s beginnings started in 1945, after World War II. Maximo Gimenez, a Stanford – educated teacher, befriended the American occupation troops stationed at Quezon City. Because of this friendship, the soldiers regularly visited Maximo’s nearby home for a drink or two. Later on, the troops insisted that they pay for their drinks. This prompted Maximo to open a cafe, where the troops could enjoy food and drinks.

Over the years, Max’s Restaurant’s popularity grew and it became known as “THE HOUSE THAT FRIED CHICKEN BUILT.” It has expanded in Metro Manila, Southern and Northern Luzon, Cebu, and to California and other places in the United States. It has also expanded to Canada. It will soon open restaurants in other countries as well.

Max’s Restaurant has established itself as a household name in the Philippines, an institution, and a proud Filipino tradition. The second and third generations of the family continue to zealously uphold the standards and traditions set by Maximo and Ruby for all Max’s Restaurants.

Today,dynamic individuals interested  and willing to invest in the long-standing tradition of quality which Max’s Restaurant offers can invest in Max’s. It opened its doors to  franchising in the second quarter of 1998. Max’s Restaurant is one of the best restaurant that I’ve tried. Everytime that me and my family is going out to the mall and we are about to eat, Max’s is always at our choices. One of the best things in this restaurant is their place.

Their place is simple but then, by this simple designs you will be comfortable to eat. That’s what I feel everytime we eat in here hehe. Next thing is their service. Although you have to wait such time to eat what you have ordered, the long wait is worth it! They will serve you all the foods that you ordered with complete utensils.

Last but not the least is their food. Max’s is very popular because of their well known chicken cuisine. But surprisingly not only the chicken of this restaurant is delicious, but also the different food of the Philippines. They have Pork Sinigang, Sinigang na Hipon, Lechon Kawali and many more! They also have their delicious desserts! Eating in this restaurant is so satisfying! I am confidently recommending this restaurant to all of you guys! You will not repent eating in Max’s Restaurant! Tried and tested by my family hehe.
